Escentric Molecules

Escentric Molecules was established in London in 2006 by “rebel” perfumer Geza Schoen to celebrate the beauty of laboratory-born aroma molecules. The brand achieved cult status by highlighting Iso E Super—a molecule that does not exist in nature—in unheard-of proportions. Schoen’s “anti-fragrance” approach pairs one scent that is an homage to a single molecule with a second that is a complex interpretation of its mood. Since its launch, the brand has become a phenomenon, appealing to outsiders and artists alike.
