Christopher Petsos is a New York City based photographer and artist. He is best known for capturing Light, pattern, texture, color and motion across the urban realm. Christopher Petsos believes that we see things through a filter of the self, a camera records the physical details of a scene, but our human eyes and sub-conscious self are the interpreters that complete our view of reality.
In his own words:
“Throughout the process, I stay faithful to the underlying truth of the scene. My work inhabits the space between literal depiction and my emotional Impression of the moment.
