International Fine Print Dealers Association (IFPDA)
Launched in 1987, the International Fine Print Dealers Association has continually set the bar for quality and ethics while promoting prints as original works of art to generations of collectors, curators and art lovers. With over 160 members in 13 countries, the IFPDA is a worldwide community of leading dealers and editions publishers who represent the full spectrum of printmaking. Each year, the IFPDA hosts the IFPDA Print Fair in New York, the only major fair dedicated to fine-art prints.

within the matrix of the drawing, lower right. Each about 7 x 10
inches. Both with a tack hole top and and bottom, center, and
with residue from an old mount, verso. One wih a 1/2 x 1/2 inch
loss at the top right corner. The images fresh. One shows two
hunters with grass head-dress disguises, crouched behind low
grasses,each with a rifle, a killed deer between them, and a herd
moving across the field on the far side of the grasses. The other
depicts two hunters wearing animal-skin disguises, each with a
rifle, crouched behind grasses, beyond which a small herd of
bison grazes. The Pair: $1750.00

Darius Steward is establishing himself as a master of the medium of watercolor and large public murals. In 2018, Steward created two large public murals, “Breaker of Chains”, a 200’ by 6’ in height mural for the Midtown Cleveland/Cleveland State University and “Support” on Detroit Avenue in Cleveland. Born Henri Weiner (sometimes spelled Wiener), the artist tried alternate names and personae including Paul Haggard, Thomas Burton, and David Ormsbee before settling on the name Stephen Longstreet in 1939. Longstreet dates his art based on the period he means to represent, not the actual date of execution.

The artist’s own grandchildren attempt to fathom the real life and nature of Stephen Longstreet, prolific author, artist, screenplay writer, and jazz aficionado.
Born Chauncy Weiner (sometimes spelled Wiener) in New York City in 1907, Longstreet reinvented himself on a regular basis. Changing his name first to “Henry,” then “Henri,” he started his career as a commercial artist for a department store. In various public biographies he claimed to have studied in New York, London, and Paris, and said he was a student of cartoonist Ralph Barton...
