This fine and impressive sapphire cabochon cut ring with diamonds has been crafted in 18k yellow gold.
The pierced decorated setting displays a feature 1.74Ct cabochon cut blue sapphire, bezel set to the center.
The sapphire is flanked on either side by a total of eight graduated bezel set modern brilliant round cut diamonds.
The subtly flared ring shoulders integrate with the main setting and meld seamlessly with the fully hallmarked ring shank.
The ring is hallmarked to the interior of the shank with the maker's mark 'WGLD', the gold guarantee mark (crown), the 18k gold fineness mark- 750, the London Assay Office hallmark (leopard's head) and the date letter for 1981 (g).
