A fine and impressive antique French enamel and 18 karat yellow gold pendant by Bardonnaud, Limoges; part of our diverse jewelry and estate jewelry collections. This fine and impressive antique pendant has been crafted in 18k gold. The French pendant displays a central oval shaped enamel panel which features the profile of a lady in vibrant metallic blue, white and yellow clothing, against a red background. This central enamel panel is surrounded by an unembellished 18k yellow gold frame. The central setting is surrounded by a completely separate unembellished halo design. The enamel panel is secured in place within the halo design with eight evenly placed supports. The pendant is signed to the reverse with the maker's mark 'Bardonnaud, Limoges'. This 1900s pendant is suspended from a contemporary 18k yellow gold 45.72cm/18" trace chain via an integrated ring loop attachment, and secures to the reverse with a conventional ring bolt clasp fastening. This stunning, fine and impressive antique diamond pendant has been crafted in 12k yellow gold with platinum settings. The drop pendant has a circular form, ornamented to the center with an articulated bezel set Old European round cut diamond. The platinum set drop is accented with a further two Dutch cut diamonds, in a linear arrangement. The articulated drop is encircled with a millegrain decorated wreath design, set with fourteen impressive individually set seed pearls, conjoined with platinum halos. The outer frame is accented with a total of fourteen Dutch cut diamonds, set in an alternating sequence with the seed pearls.
