The locket features a stunning hard stone hand carved Cameo of a woman in exquisite clorthes with a beautiful face, wonderful hair and wearing a pendant earring. The work of the artisan is absolutely superb. Carving hardstone cameos requires much greater skill and artistry than shell cameos. This white and black onyx carving is magnificent.
The locket is Gold-Filled with a braided surround on the front. The reverse has an open work filigree design. The chain is a wonderful gold filled belcher link chain of great beauty. I love the design of the 3 bales with their wonderful finish.

A stunning, fine and impressive antique Victorian natural pearl and 0.94 carat diamond, 9 karat yellow gold and silver set pendant; part of our diverse antique jewelry and estate jewelry collections.
This stunning, fine and impressive antique Victorian pendant has been crafted in 9k yellow gold and silver.
The pierced decorated pendant has a central interlacing scrolling design, accented with a central stylised floral design comprised of five impressive feature Old European cut diamonds, in a combination of claw and millegrain bezel settings.
The symmetrical silver set frame is further ornamented with twenty-nine pavé set Dutch cut diamonds.
The upper portion of the scrolling design terminates with two further Old European cut diamonds, in addition to a central trefoil shaped cluster ornamented with three natural pearls.
Either side of the antique setting incorporates an interlacing loop embellished with further natural pearl terminals.
The lower portion of the design features a claw set Old European cut diamond, supporting a drop pearl.
