According to the information provided by De Beers, pink diamonds are very rare, with an average annual output of less than 1%-2% of full-bodied pink diamonds. Of the 2.5 million carats of loose diamonds produced worldwide, pink diamonds are only 1 carat. The number of beautifully colored diamonds is as rare as phoenix feathers. Only 700 extremely tiny pink diamonds can be mined sporadically per 1 million carats of diamonds, and most of them are small pink diamonds...
