Ancient piece from the imperial Roman period, circa 100 AD.
A very rare amulet-seal found from the ancient imperial Rome period This piece is carved and smooth polished from a natural agate, which is mount in a pointed elements with a wire made up in solid yellow gold of 22 karats. Similar examples of this type of cylinders seals are know with carved symbols and inscriptions. Our piece have a length measure of 38 mm and 10 mm at the widest part. Most probably this was part of a bigger piece of jewelry like a necklace or a bracelet.
The carved agate has been re-mounted in a contemporary necklace of tiger eyes beads, with a customized toggle lock system. The ancient piece can be easily removed without affecting the integrity.
Weight: 17.95 Grams, (11.51 Dwt).
Size: 15 Inches (38 Cm).
Measurements: 38 mm by 10 mm (1.50 x 0.39 Inches).
Note: Our ancient artifact is in perfect condition with no chips or restored cracks. Great look and nice eye appeal. An ancient piece very hard to find.

This is a beautiful pair of clips-on earrings with genuine ancient Romans coins. The earrings were crafted in Italy in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish. They were made up in a round shape and professionally mounted with two genuine ancient Romans coins. They are fitted at the reverse with gold posts for pierced ears and a pair of comfortable hinged French omega backs for fastening clips. The coins mounted in this pair are beautiful authentic ancient Roman coins struck during the Roman Imperial period between 27 BC and 476 AD.

The Emperor Constantine
He was born as Flavius Valerius Constantinus in 27 February c. 272 also known as Constantine the Great, was the Roman emperor from AD 306 to 337, the first one to convert to Christianity. Born in Naissus, Dacia Mediterranea, now Serbia. He was the son of Flavius Constantius, a Roman army officer of Illyrian origin who had been one of the four rulers of the Tetrarchy. His mother, Helena, was a Greek Christian of low birth. Later canonized as a saint, she is traditionally attributed with the conversion of her son. Constantine served with distinction under the Roman emperors Diocletian and Galerius. He began his career by campaigning in the eastern provinces (against the Persians) before being recalled in the west (in AD 305) to fight alongside his father in Britain. After his father's death in 306, Constantine became emperor. He was acclaimed by his army at Eboracum in York...

HISTORY
A commemorative coin featuring the iconic she-wolf, affectionately nurturing the infant twins Romulus and Remus. This striking depiction honours the legendary foundation of Rome, a timeless tale intertwined with the identity of Constantine the Great as he sought to solidify his stature as the supreme ruler of the Empire.
According to the revered myth, Romulus and Remus, children of the god Mars and the vestal Rhea Silvia, a descendant of Aeneas, were abandoned in the wild and suckled by a she-wolf. As they grew, the twins founded Rome, but a dispute over which hill to build upon led to Remus's tragic death. The enduring "wolf and twins" motif has graced countless Roman coins since the Republic era, symbolising Rome's origins and resilience.
Considered one of the first ever commemorative coins, this piece by Constantine the Great was likely a strategic celebration of Rome. By honouring the city's legendary founders, Constantine emphasised the Roman Empire's continuity and its profound cultural heritage, despite the political shift to the new capital in Constantinople.
