My Fashion Editor Friend Swears By J.Crew Swimsuits—and They're Massively on Sale Right Now

If there’s one thing I can rely on my fashion editor friends for, it’s an unfiltered, honest opinion before I make a purchase—the kind of intel that lets you know what’s actually worth it. And when it comes to swimwear (one of the things I’m pickiest about), Who What Wear’s Senior Fashion Editor Eliza Huber swears by J.Crew.

“I own two J.Crew bikinis—one underwire style and one triangle, and I have been extremely impressed with both,” Huber told me. “I probably own 30 40 swimsuits, some costing up to $400, and honestly, I only wear about five of them—two being those bikinis from J.Crew.”

Her favorite? “I especially love the ’90s No-Tie Bottoms. They’re a little high-cut, but not dramatically so. I’d honestly buy them in every available color—and might, now that they’re on sale.”
