I have to confess something: I'm not an Amazon shopper. I know it's hard to believe, especially considering the very title of this story, but I promise it's a relevant fact to the larger picture I'm trying to paint. You see, I am inherently picky regarding clothing because I only want the chicest pieces for the lowest price. My desire for great pieces has, in some ways, made me a more patient shopper than most. I can spend hours sifting through Saks, Shopbop, or secondhand retailers searching for the best pieces for fall. But even with this built-in tolerance, I must admit that scrolling through Amazon can be, well, stressful.

I find that I can only genuinely enjoy shopping on Amazon when the retailer's having a sale, as the tighter edits allow me to find some of the best pieces at unbeatable prices. You can understand why the announcement of Amazon's Prime Early Access Sale is welcome news for me. Up until the end of the day today (11:59 p.m. PST to be specific), it's a chance to score some stylish gems without the stress of scrolling through thousands of pages.
