We've been talking about shoe and bag color trends a lot lately, but it's time to get a little more specific. Today's color trend topic of conversation is sandals. Sandals don't always have the reputation of being elegant, with styles like dad sandals and flip-flops being so prominent. But that doesn't mean they can't be elegant. One of the main factors that makes a particular sandal elegant is the color. A timeless pair of neutral-colored sandals is a lot more elegant than, say, a hot pink pair. But I'm ready to bust out of my black sandal rut.
Accordingly, I've rounded up five trending sandal colors to invest in this summer, and probably every summer for the foreseeable future. (Elegant colors tend to stand the test of time.)
