Pricing Policy
Price Adjustments
If we—or one of the select competitors listed below—mark down the price of an item you
ve already purchased, we
re happy to adjust the price at your request within 10 days of your shipment date.
To qualify for a price adjustment:
- The item must be identical in color and size.
- The item must be in stock at both Nordstrom and the select competitor.
- Price adjustments apply only to items sold directly by national competitors, including:
- Vendor websites (e.g., Freepeople.com, Katespade.com, Nike.com)
- Amazon (must be sold and shipped by Amazon)
- Bloomingdale s, Finish Line, Foot Locker, Macy s, Mr Porter, Neiman Marcus, NET-A-PORTER, Saks Fifth Avenue, Sephora, Shopbop, Ulta Beauty and Zappos
Please note:
- We do not match order-level discounts, gift card promotions or shipping offers.
- We do not match prices from outlet stores, flash sales, auctions, clubs, regional or non-U.S. retailers or third-party marketplace sellers.
- Price adjustments are not available for items sold by a third-party seller or included in Savings Events, Limited-Time Sales, Extra Savings, Anniversary Sale, Daily Deals or Beauty Daily Deals.
- We do not accept automated price adjustment requests from third-party services.
- Only one price adjustment per item is allowed.
- Designer items purchased on sale are excluded from price adjustments.
- For in-store requests, a current advertisement or a functioning link to the competitor s website is required.
- Approved adjustments will be credited back to your original form of payment.
