Single Split Shoe Program

Split-Shoe Services

In order to meet the unique footwear needs of all our customers, we sell split-shoe sizes as well as single shoes for both adults and children.

Single-Shoe Service:

We offer customers the option to purchase select single shoes priced at $26 each, plus tax and $9 per order for shipping and handling. Please contact us at 1.877.543.7463, tell us your needs and we ll provide a selection of shoes that may work for you.

Split-Shoe Service:

We also offer the option to buy shoes in two different sizes, so customers whose feet differ in size or width can find the pair that s just right for them.

To qualify, shoe sizes must be at least one and a half sizes different, at least one size and one width different, or two widths different. All shoes can be ordered as part of this program—see below for guidance on what size differences qualify.

How It Works

1. Call customer care at 1.877.543.7463 and order your shoes over the phone. You may also work directly with a salesperson in stores.

2. Place an order and pay for two pairs of shoes. Once you receive both pairs, determine which shoes you would like to keep.

3. Return the mismatched, unneeded shoes, and we ll issue credit for one pair when received.
