For a significant part of my childhood, my mom dressed me in mainly dresses and skirts, and somehow, that stuck. Even as an adult, I still gravitate toward them—so much so that I've had people say they don't think they've ever seen me in a pair of jeans.

While I've slowly started introducing more pants into my wardrobe, my closet is still very much dominated by skirts and dresses. So naturally, the dress section on any website is one of the first places I click when I'm online shopping. That's how I saw J.Crew is having a sale of up to 30% off—here's what I found.
