I Trend-Spot for a Living—Here's What Caught My Eye at the Nordstrom Half-Yearly Sale
If there's one unofficial holiday our editors look forward to the most each year, it's the Nordstrom Half-Yearly Sale. It only happens twice a year, and it's incredible.
I know sometimes certain sales can feel like the leftovers and aren't actually what you want, but this one couldn't be further from that. For example, how often can you get Balenciaga for 50% off? There are markdowns on Maison Margiela, Tory Burch, Cecilie Bahnsen, Chopova Lowena—the list goes on and on.
As someone who spots trends for a living, I treat this sale like a treasure hunt. I found on-trend capris, Tabis, wedge flip-flops, kitten heels, and emerging designers to know.
With discounts through June 1, I went through hundreds of products to pull what stood out the most. Here's everything that caught my eye.
I keep seeing people wearing Vivaia shoes.
Cult-favorite Tabis are everywhere.
Hear me out. My co-worker recently wore a pair of Tory Burch flats to the office, and it totally changed my perception of them.
