One of my favorite things to do when I'm shopping is to take luxury designers I love and find adjacent brand options at more accessible price points. I'm someone who tends to lean toward minimalism and timeless clothing, and it's no surprise that The Row's well-known aesthetic is often referred to as the pinnacle. I've gone down many rabbit holes trying to find pieces that align with their refined taste, so I decided to put myself to the test and see what I could find with an under-$150 budget.
The brands that immediately came to mind were Baserange, Brooke Callahan, Enza Costa, and Source Unknown, as well as retailers like Cos and Banana Republic. I usually look for elevated basics in neutral colors, as they're the easiest way to look chic. I also tend to look for certain materials like 100% cotton, silk, or cashmere as well.
