KHAITE RECALLS WOMEN S HIGH-HEELED SANDALS DUE TO FALL HAZARD

Name of Product: Women s high-heeled sandals (Spring Summer 2024 collection, Linden and Seigel Heel Sandals)

Hazard: The heels on the shoes can detach, posing a fall hazard. There have been no reports of incidents or injuries.

Description: The recall affects two styles of KHAITE high-heeled sandals sold at Nordstrom between April and August of 2023: the Linden Sandal in red (F3047-780-580) and natural snake (F3047-803-121) and the Seigel Heel Sandal in black (F3057-726-200). The model numbers are printed on the shoeboxes. “KHAITE” is printed on the soles of all KHAITE shoes.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled shoes and contact Nordstrom for a full refund or store credit.

Name of Product: International Intimates René Rofé Children s Blanket Sleepers and Robes

Hazard: The René Rofé blanket sleepers and robes fail to meet the federal flammability standard for children s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children. There have been no reports of incidents or injuries.

Description: This recall affects all René Rofé children s blanket sleepers and robes sold at Nordstrom Rack stores between September 2022 and June 2023 in sizes for ages 6–14 years. VPNs included are: 426989-N391, 426989-P656, 426989-P942, 436989-N391 and 436989-P942.

Remedy: Please immediately take the René Rofé blanket sleepers and robes away from children. To participate in the recall, please return to International Intimates Inc., 31 W. 34th St., 9th Floor, New York, NY 10001 for a full refund.

Name of Product: Janod Sweet Cocoon Activity Tables

Hazard: The activity table contains a silver metal bell that can detach from its metal arch, posing a choking hazard to young children. There have been no reports of injury involving this activity table. 

Description: This recall affects Janod Sweet Cocoon Activity Tables with the model numbers J04402 and J04411. The model number can be found on a label on the underside of the activity table.

Remedy: Please immediately stop using the activity table and contact Juratoys for a free repair kit.

Hazard: The lower seat anchors used to secure the child-seat base may fail, allowing the seat to detach. A detached child seat may not properly restrain the occupant, increasing the risk of injury during a crash. There have been no reported incidents or injuries.

Please locate your product s model number and manufacture date by looking at the label included on the carrier shell and/or base of your car seat as shown below:

Remedy: Customers should not return recalled Maxi-Cosi products to retailers where purchased. Customers may continue to safely use these car seats with the base installed using the vehicle belt-restraint system. Dorel will mail a replacement base to owners, free of charge. If you have registered your car seat and have an affected model, you will receive a notification letter via mail, or email.
