I'm a Fashion Editor—These Are the Under-£30 Pieces I'd Buy From Zara
If there's one thing I've learnt from working in the world of fashion, it's that you can't really go wrong with Zara for forward-thinking, fresh designs at purse-friendly prices. This will hardly be breaking news for those of you who consider yourself seasoned shoppers, but if you take a moment to think about it, this really isn't an achievement to be sniffed at, especially considering the current state of the high street.
Nowhere else could you go in clutching £30 (metaphorically speaking—who carries cash anymore?) and be able to pick up an item of clothing that offers a nod to the new season, yet will also continue to serve you year after year.
Zara has delivered a particularly impressive resume of affordable new-season style this year, so I set myself a challenge to create an edit of new in buys that all come in at £30 or less. Needless to say, I was spoilt for choice. From printed slip skirts and statement blouses to staple denim and trend-led shoes, I could happily create my summer capsule out of these wardrobe winners. Scroll down to see and shop my under-£30 Zara edit. Your bank balance will thank you for it.
